
Stuffed Eggs with Cod Liver and Red Caviar

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the chicken eggs in advance for 12 minutes in hot water, then cool them for another 5–10 minutes in ice water.

Gently peel the hard-boiled chicken eggs and rinse them in water. Cut them in half vertically and arrange the egg halves on a plate.

Remove the chicken yolks from the egg white halves and place them in a deep bowl. Add the cod liver, salt, and ground black pepper to the same bowl. Mash everything with a fork, adding a little of the oil remaining in the jar.

Transfer all the mixture to a pastry bag or piping bag and pipe it back into the boats, but a little higher this time, mounded on top.

Place a little red caviar of any kind on each stuffed egg.

Wash the parsley and garnish the dish with sprigs of it. You can substitute the parsley with fresh dill or arugula.
