Eggs Stuffed with Crab Meat

This recipe won't take much time. Recipe for eggs stuffed with crab meat: 1. Hard-boil the eggs, place them in cold water so they cool faster and peel more easily. Peel them, carefully cut in half lengthwise, and shake the yolks into a separate bowl. Set the egg white halves aside separately. 2. In a fairly large bowl, mash the yolks. Add all the ingredients except the parsley, which will be used to garnish the dish. Mix well. 3. Stuff the egg white halves so that each one forms an appetizing mound. Arrange on a serving plate, garnish with parsley, and keep chilled until serving. Serve with greens and sauce.
