Eggs Stuffed with Mushrooms
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Eggs can be stuffed in different ways. If you're planning a buffet or unexpected guests drop by, mushroom-stuffed eggs make an excellent appetizer before the main course. The egg filling is as follows: hard cheese mixed with garlic, sautéed mushrooms, onion, and egg yolk. Add mayonnaise, salt, and spices to the filling (to taste). Serve with greens and sauce.
