
Eggs for breakfast
Description
The recipe won't take much time. What makes up this five-star breakfast: toasted buns, eggs, fried ham (or bacon), and "Hollandaise" sauce. This breakfast is especially popular in America, but connoisseurs of fine cuisine have long been preparing it here as well. Eat it immediately after cooking. Serve hot.

1. Separate 1 egg into yolk and white, place the yolk into a bowl, add water and 0.5 tablespoon of lemon juice. Beat all ingredients well.

2. Add 4 tablespoons of butter to the whipped mixture.

3. Place the saucepan over low heat and cook the mixture, constantly whisking with a whisk, until the butter has melted.

4. As the butter melts, the sauce will thicken.

5. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt, and more lemon juice to taste.

6. Mix the sauce well once again.

7. Cut the buns in half and toast them in 1 teaspoon of butter.

8. Remove the buns from the pan and place the ham in it, fry until golden brown.

9. Remove the ham, melt the remaining butter. Break 2 eggs without mixing them together, keep the yolks runny, season with salt and pepper.

10. Place one half of the bun on a plate, then add the ham and egg, and drizzle with the prepared sauce. You can place the other half of the bun on top or alongside.
