Berry chia seed pudding
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make chia seed pudding using a berry or fruit base, with any ready-made pulpy juices or by making a smoothie from your favorite fruits. Plant-based milk (coconut, soy, oat) also works perfectly as the liquid base for the pudding. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients. For the pudding, you can use any seedless berries, either frozen or fresh.
- 2
Step 2

Pour water into a saucepan or skillet, dissolve granulated sugar in it, add berries, and place the mixture over low heat.
- 3
Step 3

Heat the contents of the saucepan until warm (temperature — 50-60 degrees); do not bring to a boil. It is sufficient for the berries to soften slightly.
- 4
Step 4

Using an immersion blender, blend the berries until smooth (smoothie).
- 5
Step 5

Add chia seeds to the resulting berry mixture (it should be slightly warm). If necessary, let the mixture cool slightly before adding the seeds.
- 6
Step 6

Stir the ingredients well with a spoon so that all the seeds are submerged in the liquid. Let the mixture soak for 5–6 hours. To achieve a denser texture, refrigerate the pudding for the specified time or overnight if you're preparing the dessert in the evening.
- 7
Step 7

Serve the berry chia seed pudding garnished with berries or fruit pieces.
