
Berry cheesecake
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Use strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and cherries to make the fruit puree. You can also decorate the cheesecake with fresh berries on top. The finished dessert can be served.

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix the cookie crumbs and sugar together in a bowl. Add melted butter and stir. Press the mixture into a pie dish, smoothing it with the bottom of a glass. Make sure the bottom and sides of the dish are evenly coated with the mixture.

2. Bake the pie crust in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

3. Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Beat it with a mixer until smooth. Gradually add the sugar.

4. Add lemon zest and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, continuing to beat.

5. Pour the mixture over the prepared cake. Wrap the pan with a double layer of foil to prevent water from seeping in, place it into a larger pan, and pour water into the outer pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the cheesecake pan. This will help prevent the filling from cracking during baking. Bake for 1 hour. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours.

6. Prepare the glaze. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the glaze over the cheesecake. Once the glaze has cooled, slice and serve.
