Berry trifles
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can mix the cream and berries to your taste, layering them in the dessert however you prefer. Be sure to chill the trifles before serving, allowing them time to soak. You can serve them with toppings, syrup, or jam. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. The sponge cake can be purchased at the store in the form of pastries or sponge cake layers.
- 2
Step 2

Crumble the sponge cake and place half of the mixture into glasses, cups, or ramekins.
- 3
Step 3

Add the berries there as well. If you are using fresh berries, wash them and remove the pits. If the berries are frozen, add them without thawing.
- 4
Step 4

Whip the cream with sugar to make a cream. Spread half of the mixture over the berries. You can substitute the cream with sour cream, but in that case, you must use a thickener for the sour cream to prevent the cream from becoming too runny.
- 5
Step 5

Place the biscuit again, then add berries, and so on, until the ingredients are used up or the container is filled.
- 6
Step 6

Top with cream as the final layer and decorate the trifles to your liking. Place them in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Then remove and serve with hot drinks: tea, coffee.
