Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Dedicated to everyone with a sweet tooth! :) Berry muffins in molds with white chocolate—these are my favorite muffins. Thanks to the chocolate filling they turn out very tender and sweet, while the berries add a pleasant hint of tartness. Experimenting with different berries, you can use this recipe to make all sorts of berry muffins with completely different flavors. Either way, it will turn out VERY tasty—I guarantee it! :) Good luck baking! If you make them—share your impressions :) The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Mix lemon juice, oil, milk, and eggs in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

    Whisk until smooth.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Cut/break the white chocolate into small cubes.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

In another bowl, mix together the chocolate (set aside a small portion of the chocolate for decorating), flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

Combine the liquid mixture with the dry ingredients and mix them gently. If small lumps remain in the dough, that’s fine. Don’t mix too vigorously, or the dough may turn out too tough.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Add berries to our dough (whatever berries you have).

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

Stir gently. Again, don’t overdo it—the berries must not turn into mush.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Next, proceed as usual, like with any muffins. Take the molds, line them with paper, and pour a portion of batter into each. Fill them right to the top so the muffin turns out nicely domed. If you don’t have baking paper, simply grease the molds with butter.

    Step 9

    Step 9

Bake for approximately 20–25 minutes at 180°C. Allow the finished cupcakes to cool, then serve. Enjoy! :)
