Baked apples with cottage cheese

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Preparing baked apples reminds me of the village, the stove, and a huge old apple tree. The scent of baked apples is unmistakable! Serve the finished apples chilled. You can decorate them with whipped cream or dust with powdered sugar. Instead of honey, you can use sugar, and you may add a beaten egg to the cottage cheese. However, I didn't want to complicate the recipe, so mine is kept simple.
