Apples in an electric dehydrator

   Prepare all the ingredients.

   Wash the apples and dry them. Slice into 4-5 mm thick rounds, removing the core.

   Dissolve the citric acid in water and place the prepared apple slices into it. Leave them there while you slice the remaining apples. This will prevent them from darkening as much.

   Place the apple slices on the drying trays. Dry for 5–8 hours. During drying, swap the trays around to ensure all apples dry evenly.

   The apples dried in the electric dehydrator are ready. Store them in a tightly sealed glass or plastic container in a dark, dry place.
