Apples with cottage cheese in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Another undeniable advantage of this dish is that even fussy little kids who don't like cottage cheese will enjoy it. I don't know about you, but in our family, getting the kids to eat this healthy dairy product plain is only possible at gunpoint! :) Yet cottage cheese puddings, casseroles, and other desserts are a big hit, especially when you add some fruit. So when you find out, serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

So, first of all, separate the egg yolk from the white.
- 2
Step 2

Thoroughly whisk the egg yolk with sugar using a whisk.
- 3
Step 3

Sieve the cottage cheese.
- 4
Step 4

And mix it with the yolk-sugar mixture, remembering to add vanilla and cinnamon. If you've decided to use raisins, add them as well, but first soak them in hot water for a few minutes.
- 5
Step 5

With a sharp knife, remove the core from the apples—carefully, without piercing all the way through—and fill them with the cottage cheese mixture.
- 6
Step 6

Place the apples in the multicooker bowl and cook for half an hour on the "Baking" or "Multicook" setting. Serve the cooked apples with cold sour cream and homemade berry jam.
