
Apples with chocolate baked in the oven

Wash the apples, dry them. Cut off the tops and set aside. Remove the seed core, forming a "cup". Place in a baking dish.

In a blender, pulse the cookies, half of the chocolate, and nuts into medium-sized crumbs.
