Grilled Apples
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Grilling is quick and impressive! Let the serious shish kebabs go to our rugged friends—instead, for a girls' gathering or a children's party, I suggest making grilled apples. You can use any apples, but firm sweet-sour varieties work best. Adjust the amount of sugar and cinnamon to your taste. For a figure-friendly version, you can omit sugar altogether, but then I recommend dusting the treat with powdered sugar before serving. Baked apples are easier to digest than raw ones, and apple pectin helps collect and remove unnecessary substances from the body. Head out on a picnic and enjoy the delights of nature! Serve chilled.
