Wash the apples, remove the cores, and slice or dice them. Then rinse and dry the raisins. Chop the walnuts with a knife. Mix the nuts, raisins, and apples.

Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature. Roll out the pastry into a thin sheet. Melt the butter and brush it over the surface of the pastry.

Carefully place the filling onto the dough, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Sprinkle the apples, raisins, and nuts with sugar. You can also add a little vanilla or cinnamon for flavor.
