Apple pudding in a multicooker

Description

The recipe won't take much time. I want to say that I absolutely love this simple apple pudding made in a multicooker for its incredibly tender texture. That's why I don't add any artificial thickeners like semolina, rice, flour, or starch. In my opinion, such ingredients are suitable for plain puddings, but we are making a real homemade apple pudding in a multicooker! So be sure to try it—you'll love it. Serve chilled.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

    1. In the "Baking" mode, bake the apples. I can't specify the exact time—it may vary depending on the apple variety and size.

  2. 2

    2. When the apples have cooled slightly, separate all the pulp and blend it with sugar in a blender. You may need more or less sugar.

  3. 3

    3. While the apple puree is cooling, beat the egg whites with a small amount of lemon juice, then gradually mix them into the apple puree.

    4. Mix very thoroughly, but carefully. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then pour in the mixture and cook in "Baking" mode for 30-40 minutes.

    5. Distribute the mixture into molds and let cool in the refrigerator. The breadcrumbs create a "crust" on the top layer, so if desired, add a little more directly into each mold.
