
Vegetarian apple pie

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, squeeze orange juice over it, and add the pulp.

Blend everything using a blender until smooth.

To the resulting mixture, add flour, sugar, and semolina. Mix well. If necessary, add a little water to achieve a consistency similar to thick sour cream. To the resulting batter, add cinnamon, vanilla, a spoonful of olive oil, mix, then add half a teaspoon of baking soda, previously extinguished with wine vinegar or lemon juice.

Then we pour the batter over the apples and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes (depending on the oven). After that, we take the cake out, let it cool, and transfer it onto a plate.
