1. Here are all the ingredients you'll need, and of course, the equipment.

2. Peel the apples and remove the cores, then slice them thinly or cut into small cubes.

3. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar. Add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt and baking soda (neutralize with lemon juice or vinegar). Mix everything thoroughly.

4. Place the apples into the batter. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and pour in the batter.

5. Set the "Baking" mode for 100 minutes. When 10-15 minutes remain until the end of the process, carefully flip the cake over to brown the other side. Before serving, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar.
