
Apple pie with pudding
Description
The baking is prepared simply and quickly. The pie turns out large, hearty, and stays soft for a long time. Note that using chocolate pudding is an option. Use it to your taste. It's best not to make other changes to the recipe. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Start by preparing the pudding. In 200 ml of milk, dissolve the dry pudding.

Pour the remaining 250 ml into a saucepan, add 4 Tbsp of sugar and place it over the heat. Bring to a boil. Add the diluted pudding and cook until thickened.

Remove from heat. Cover with plastic wrap and set to cool.

Prepare the dough. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam.

100 ml of milk, mix with vegetable oil and pour into the egg mixture. Beat again.

Add the flour with the leavening agent. Stir until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take a wide pan with sides. Line it with parchment paper. Spread 2/3 of the dough.

Add cocoa to the remaining dough. Stir.

Distribute the cocoa dough over the white dough in a chaotic order.

Peel the apples and remove the core. Slice them into wedges.

Arrange the apple slices on the dough, pressing them into the dough. Place the pie in a preheated oven and bake for 40‑45 minutes. Check doneness with a wooden skewer.
