Apple pie with tea
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. First, apples for the cake are sautéed in butter, then mixed with the batter and poured into a baking pan. Don't skip the lemon zest—even a small pinch will add a pleasant flavor to the cake. You can use apples of any variety. Serve the cooled cake with a cup of herbal or black tea. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
