
Apple pie made with rice flour
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Since we're experimenting with the dough, we won't take too many risks and will use a familiar filling. Although it turned out to be a fresh take. By the way, we're also not using regular sugar, only brown sugar. My family didn't even notice the substitution. So I'm sharing this with you too. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

1. Peel half of the apples and slice them thinly. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent them from spoiling.

2. Then prepare the dough. Rub the butter, cut into cubes, and sugar together.

3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites into a foam with a pinch of salt.

4. Add the yolks to the butter mixture along with the flour, baking powder, vanilla flavoring, and yogurt.
