Apple pie with oat dough
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Any variety of apples will work for this pastry; however, if they are quite tart, you should increase the amount of sugar added to the filling slightly or add natural honey, and the cake will be even more aromatic. Good luck. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
