Apple pie
Description
Homemade pastry for tea. This cake can confidently be called exquisite, despite being very easy to make. The combination of tender apples and raisins with chopped nuts and alcohol gives this cake a delightful contrast, which is why it's named "Adam and Eve." I recommend decorating the finished cake not only with powdered sugar but also with ground cinnamon to make it even more aromatic. Brandy in this recipe can be substituted with orange juice. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
