Apple cocktail with limoncello and cranberry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When choosing apples for the cocktail, make sure they are of the same size and can stand steadily on the table, as they will serve as glasses. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Cut out a cavity in the apple from the stem side. Be careful not to damage the walls or bottom!
- 2
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from a lemon wedge into the bottom of the prepared apple glass and set it aside.
- 3
Step 3
Today, limoncello is easy to buy, but if you can't find it in stores, take the zest of 10 lemons, pour 0.5 liters of alcohol over it, and let it sit for 5 days. Then, make a syrup from 0.5 kg of sugar and 0.65 liters of water, mix it with the lemon-infused alcohol, and let it sit for another 5 days—your lemon liqueur is ready.

Garnish with a straw and a cinnamon stick and serve immediately to your intrigued guests.
