Apple Cobbler
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Unlike a pie, where the filling is hidden inside, for a cobbler, apples are placed at the bottom of the pan, then topped with crumbly dough. Serve the cobbler warm, accompanied by a scoop of ice cream or cream cheese, or enjoy it after it has cooled. Since apples pair well with cinnamon and other spices, feel free to add them.
