Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. Today I want to share my version of making apple chutney. It goes perfectly with rice or couscous, toast, and flatbreads. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Prepare the ingredients.

Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter until soft.

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Add to the onion and mix. Then add grated ginger root. Simmer together for about 8 minutes.

Then add sugar, vinegar, and raisins. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Grind the cloves and cinnamon, add to the apples together with the curry paste. Mix. Simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated, stirring occasionally.
