Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The waffles turn out incredibly delicious and soft, with a wonderful aroma from the added cinnamon. Serve these waffles warm or chilled, with morning coffee or tea, along with honey, yogurt, or other toppings. Ideal with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients to make healthy apple waffles. Instead of rice flour, you can use any other flour you prefer. In the recipe, I used the sweetener "Stevia," but feel free to use whichever sweetener you're accustomed to, adjusting the amount to your taste.

Step 2

Crack the chicken eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar substitute. Mix with a whisk.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the kefir and vegetable oil, mix well.
- 4
Step 4

Add the rice flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- 5
Step 5

Whisk until you get a thick pancake-like batter, without lumps.
- 6
Step 6

Peel the apples and remove the cores.
- 7
Step 7

Grate the apples on a grater.
- 8
Step 8

Add grated apples to the dough.
- 9
Step 9

Mix the dough.
- 10
Step 10

Preheat the electric waffle maker, lightly spray (or grease) the waffle plates with vegetable oil, add the batter and cook the waffles until done. In my case, each batch took about 2 minutes. Adjust the time according to your appliance.
- 11
Step 11

Place the finished waffles on a plate and bake the next batch.
- 12
