Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Apples are baked with dough and caramel in molds. The molds are placed in a tray filled with water, then put into the oven for about fifteen minutes. Very tasty. The finished dessert can be served at the table.

1. First, thoroughly rinse the apples under running water. Peel two apples, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the cores.

2. Melt four tablespoons of sugar and four tablespoons of butter, bring to bubbling, and sauté the apples for about six to seven minutes, turning them occasionally. Transfer the apples to a metal or porcelain dish. Do not grease the molds. Pour caramel over the apples (about two tablespoons per piece).

3. Prepare the dough while the apples are frying. Rub four tablespoons of sugar with four tablespoons of butter, add 100 grams of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, and one egg. Knead into a slightly runny dough.
