
Apple pancakes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These light pancakes are great served with yogurt, sour cream, or caramel sauce. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

1. Preheat the oven to 90 degrees and place a baking sheet inside. Peel the apples and remove the cores, then finely grate them, either using a coarse grater or a food processor. Place the grated apples onto a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out the apple juice into a small bowl. Set the juice aside.

2. Place the grated apples in a bowl and mix with lemon juice. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. Add to the apple mixture and mix evenly. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and add to the apple mixture, stirring to combine.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of butter. Using a spoon, gradually pour the batter onto the skillet, forming pancakes. Fry the pancakes until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for another 3 to 5 minutes on the other side.

4. Place the cooked pancakes on paper towels and put them in a preheated oven to keep warm. Add the remaining butter to the skillet for the next batch of pancakes and repeat with the remaining batter.

5. Serve the pancakes warm with yogurt, sour cream, or caramel sauce.
