Apple Flatbreads
Description
One of the biggest culinary misconceptions is the stereotype that from simple, everyday ingredients you can only cook simple, everyday dishes. Rubbish—even from the humblest ingredients you can make very original dishes, and apple flatbreads are exactly that. The most ordinary ingredients, a straightforward way of cooking—and something quite unusual in the end. So: apple flatbreads.
