That is why it is important to bake them yourself instead of buying them at the shop. Recipes can vary a lot, but they are all easy to make. Here is a recipe for korzhiki with apple added—you can usually find two or three apples in your fridge. The pastries are ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients for making korzhiki.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl.

Add the sugar and whisk.

Add soft butter. You can melt it slightly in the microwave.
