To prepare apple soufflé, gather the necessary ingredients: cottage cheese (not granular), one large apple, and one egg.

Peel the apple (if it's store-bought and not homegrown), grate it on a medium grater, and mix it with the cottage cheese and egg.

Mix all ingredients using a fork. It may turn out a bit runny, but don't be alarmed—this is how it should be! Then, distribute the mixture into molds, filling them to the top (the dough will not rise).

Place the soufflés in their molds into the microwave oven and bake for 5 minutes. Then check: if the cottage cheese still sticks to your finger, continue baking for a few more minutes.
