
Cinnamon Apple Ice Cream

If you have an ice cream maker in your kitchen, the process becomes a real pleasure. But if you haven't acquired this device yet, no worries! You can always make ice cream without special equipment—it just requires some free time and a bit more effort. The advantage of homemade ice cream is that you can always add your favorite aromatic spices and a variety of berries, for example. It's a wonderful dessert for both adults and children.

1. To begin, prepare the base. Place the cream, milk, and powdered sugar into a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, and a spoonful of cinnamon. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours to chill the mixture well.

2. Beat the chilled mixture again and place it in the freezer. Leave for 2-3 hours, remembering to stir thoroughly every 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, while the ice cream is setting, you can prepare the apples. Peel them and slice thinly, removing the core.

4. Place the apples in a pan with melted butter. Add brown sugar and a spoonful of cinnamon. Simmer over low heat, stirring, until soft. Remove the apples and let cool.

6. Apples can be added directly to the ice cream or first blended in a blender until smooth. Mix everything thoroughly and return to the freezer. Leave to freeze completely, remembering to stir periodically.
