Apple ice cream 2

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Cut off the tops of the apples. Carefully scoop out the flesh, leaving about 1 cm of shell. Rub the insides with lemon juice and place in the freezer. Put the scooped flesh into a saucepan with lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of water. Cook until a puree forms. Add brandy and sugar, then let cool until a smooth mixture is obtained. Stir in the brandy and sugar, then let cool. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 1 hour. Spoon the resulting ice cream into the apple shells. Place each apple in a plastic bag and freeze for another half hour. Before serving, remove the plastic and decorate the ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. Serve chilled.
