Description
Prepare this refreshing cold dessert as follows: 1. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and grate them. Then refrigerate the apple purée for an hour. 2. Whip the cold cream with a mixer and mix it with the apple purée. 3. Add sugar and a little lemon juice to the mixture, then beat thoroughly. 4. Place the resulting mixture in the freezer for 4 hours until completely frozen. Every 30–40 minutes, take it out and beat again with a mixer. When serving, scoop the ice cream into balls using a spoon. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–7 minutes to soften slightly, then enjoy.
