
Apple jelly
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Apple jelly is prepared quickly and easily. The main thing is to choose a nice mold for setting. Serve the jelly chilled, decorated with whipped cream if desired.

Wash the apples thoroughly, remove the stems, cores, and cut them into quarters.

Place apples in a saucepan, pour water over them, and add sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer until the apples become soft.

Then we rub the apples through a sieve.

The result is a puree.

Then, in a separate saucepan, dissolve the gelatin in water, heat it, but do not boil!

Then we mix the dissolved gelatin with the apple puree. Pour the mixture into molds and place in the refrigerator until completely set. Before serving, dip the mold into warm water for a couple of minutes and turn the jelly onto a plate.
