Apple-Cheese Pie

Description

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and cheese. Add butter, egg, and milk. Stir well. Peel and core the apples, slice them, and add to the mixture. Pour the batter into a greased 20 cm baking dish and smooth the surface. Bake at 190°C for 30–35 minutes, until the cake rises and turns golden brown. Let the cake cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan. Serve warm. If desired, garnish with whipped cream.
