
Apple-onion tartlets
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. A very tasty snack. To prepare it, chop the onion and apples and sauté them in butter. Add salt and simmer, stirring, until the moisture evaporates. Roll out the dough into a sheet and cut it into triangles. Place them on a baking tray, put a little onion and apple filling on each, sprinkle with grated cheese and rosemary, and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes. Serve the ready tartlets immediately, either warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.

Cut the onion into small strips.

Cut the apples into small cubes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion. After about 5 minutes, add the apples and season lightly with salt. The apples will release juice; stir and simmer the onion and apples until the moisture has evaporated.

Roll out the dough into a sheet and cut it into squares, then cut each square diagonally in half. You will get many dough triangles.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough triangles on it. Put 2 teaspoons of onion-apple filling on each piece of dough. Top with grated cheese and rosemary. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 15–20 minutes. Serve the tarts immediately or store them in the refrigerator for later.
