Apple Vodka
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. We'll need apples for this recipe. Juicy and aromatic varieties work best. I often use Antonovka apples for making vodka. There's no need to peel the apples—just make sure to wash and clean them thoroughly. This method helps soften the taste of any vodka and makes its aroma more delicate.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

We wash the apples first and dry them thoroughly. Then we cut them into pieces and remove the seeds and cores. We leave the skin on, as it will give the vodka a lot of flavor.

Step 2

Place our apples into a three-liter jar. It should be perfectly clean. Also, prepare a plastic lid in advance.

Step 3

Pour vodka over our sliced apples. If you don't have vodka, diluted alcohol will work just fine. I used reliable mid-range vodka.

Step 4

Cover the container with a lid. Set it aside to rest for a couple of weeks. After that, strain the drink. Don't worry if the apples have darkened—this is normal. That's it! Enjoy the delicious vodka during celebrations, but don't overindulge!)
