Break the cookies into small pieces and place them in the blender container. It's best to use shortbread cookies, which crumble well. Blend in the blender until uniform, making sure there are no large pieces left.

Transfer the cottage cheese to a glass bowl. You can use store-bought cottage cheese, but homemade is, of course, better. Blend it into a smooth paste using an immersion blender.

Pour the cream into the cottage cheese mixture. The cream should be fatty, at least 20% fat. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat the cottage cheese mixture again.

Take suitable glasses, for example, martini glasses. Place a layer of cookie crumbs at the bottom of each glass, then add the cottage cheese mixture.

Wash the strawberries thoroughly under running water. Remove the stems and cut each berry into four pieces. Choose ripe strawberries so they are not sour.
