
Whipped egg whites with sugar
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Egg whites for meringue are very easy to whip using a mixer or food processor. Doing it by hand won't work! That's why you should use equipment—it will help you reduce both whipping time and effort. The finished dessert can be served at the table.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Chill the chicken eggs in the refrigerator beforehand, as you need to beat chilled egg whites.

Carefully separate the chicken eggs into yolks and whites. Remember, not even a drop of yolk should get into the whites, otherwise they won't whip properly. Pour the whites into a dry bowl for beating. It must be completely dry! Add a pinch of salt and beat the whites for about 2–3 minutes at the highest speed until they form a fluffy foam.

In the end, the whipped egg whites should hold onto the whisk.

Add granulated sugar or powdered sugar in parts and beat for another 2-3 minutes. But no longer, to prevent the mixture from separating.
