
Tall Omelet in a Multicooker
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. Few ingredients, very easy to make. That’s a quick overview of our multicooker omelet. Beat the eggs with milk and salt, pour into two bags, and tie them closed. Place the omelet bags in a preheated multicooker with water and cook covered for 30 minutes on the soup setting. Then transfer the omelet to a plate and serve.

Pour water into the multicooker bowl and switch to soup mode. Close the lid, and while the water comes to a boil, beat the eggs with milk and salt using a mixer.

Pour the resulting mixture into a sturdy, intact bag.

Tie it closed and, for extra security, place it in a second bag and tie that one closed as well.

Place the omelet packet in the multi-cooker and cook with the lid closed for 30 minutes. Then transfer the omelet to a serving dish. Open the packet carefully so you do not burn yourself on the steam.
