Pork tenderloin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If possible, leave the meat with spices in the refrigerator to marinate for a couple of hours. You can also make a bed of vegetables—it will be amazing. If you have a cooking thermometer, the meat is done when the internal temperature reaches 65°C; cooking time depends on the size of the pork tenderloin. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Wash the tenderloin and dry it with paper towels.
- 2
Step 2
On a well-heated heavy skillet, sear the meat on all sides for 2-3 minutes to form a crust. This will retain all the juices inside.
- 3
Step 3
Press the garlic and mix it with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- 4
Step 4
Make several deep cuts into the meat with a knife and push the garlic mixture into them. Rub the remaining mixture all over the meat on all sides.

Step 5
Brush the tenderloin with olive oil and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil. Put in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for one hour. Fifteen minutes before the end of cooking, place several lemon slices on the meat.

Step 6
The inside of the meat should remain pink. Combine the meat juices with wine and bring to a boil; use this sauce to drizzle over the meat before serving.
