
Beef tenderloin in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Juicy and tender meat is a great option for a holiday table or dinner. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for several days. Serve the meat hot or warm, sliced into thick pieces. This meat can also be used to prepare salads or appetizers. Serve hot.

Wash the tenderloin thoroughly, then place it on paper towels and dry it completely. Tie it with string to shape the piece, binding it tightly.

Spread the butter on your hands and rub it all over the piece on all sides.

Sprinkle the piece with salt and black pepper. Place the meat on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the piece in a preheated oven at 250-260 degrees for 22-25 minutes.

Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces. Take out the meat and sprinkle it with garlic, cover with foil, and let it sit for 20–30 minutes.
