Take the blender bowl and add sugar to it. Take the butter out of the refrigerator and wait until it softens. Then add it to the sugar and cream together. Add the eggs and blend the mixture with the blender.

Add one spoonful at a time of sifted premium wheat flour, continuously beating the egg-and-butter mixture. Add salt and beat again. The result should be a slightly runny batter.

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Take an oblong silicone baking mold and pour half of the prepared batter into it. Pour half of the melted chocolate on top, mixing slightly. Then pour the remaining batter and chocolate on top.

Place the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about half an hour. Check for doneness with a thin wooden skewer. Let the cake cool and cut into portions.
