Strawberry baked goods in a multicooker
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. To prepare strawberry baked goods in a multicooker, wash the berries beforehand and dry them thoroughly. The measuring cup I used for the ingredients has a volume of 200 ml. You can substitute strawberries with other berries such as currants, cranberries, lingonberries, raspberries, or cherries. With just a few simple and readily available ingredients, you can enjoy a little taste of summer on your plate. Be sure to try it—cakes made in a multicooker always turn out wonderfully. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients from the list. Wash the berries in advance and dry them. Sift the wheat flour together with the baking powder twice through a fine sieve. The kefir should be at room temperature, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance or slightly warm it in the microwave.

Step 2

In a deep dry bowl, crack the chicken eggs and add granulated sugar. Optionally, you can also add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanillin. Using a mixer, beat the mixture until light and fluffy.
- 3
Step 3

Add kefir and semolina.
- 4
Step 4

Mix and let stand for 20–30 minutes to allow swelling.
- 5
Step 5

Add wheat flour with baking powder to the resulting base.
- 6
Step 6

Gently mix with a spatula to avoid lumps of flour.
- 7
Step 7

Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina. Pour in the batter.
- 8
Step 8

Place the strawberries on top in no particular order. It is advisable to cut them in half or into four pieces, although if the strawberries are small, you can leave them whole.
- 9
Step 9

Close the multicooker lid and select the "Baking" mode, then press the "Start" button. Our cake will bake for 1 hour, and a sound signal from the multicooker will notify us when it's ready. Carefully run a wooden spatula around the edge of the cake to separate the dough from the sides, then transfer the cake onto a metal rack to cool.
