Baking with Ryazhenka in a Multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. Pour sour milk into a deep bowl and add semolina. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes. 2. In a separate container, add egg, a pinch of salt, vanilla, and sugar to taste. 3. Melt butter. Let it cool slightly, then pour into the egg mixture and add coconut flakes. There are many variations for baking with sour milk in a multicooker: you can add not only coconut, but also dried fruits, fresh or frozen berries. 4. Combine both mixtures and stir gently. Add baking powder, then gradually sift in flour until you achieve the desired dough consistency. 5. Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle with semolina. 6. Pour in the batter. Bake in "Baking" mode for 50–55 minutes. 7. With 10 minutes remaining, carefully flip the cake over to brown the other side. That's it: a simple and delicious sour milk baked treat made in a multicooker at home is ready. Before serving, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar and serve with sour cream, condensed milk, or jam. It goes well with tea or coffee.
