Description
The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. This is a classic recipe for baking with beer. The dough turns out excellent, similar to flaky pastry. You can make it either sweet or savory. Melt the butter, add beer and the flour sifted with salt.

Knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle sugar on top and roll over it several times with a rolling pin to work the sugar into the dough.

Using any cookie cutter, cut out shapes from the dough. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. The indicator of readiness is a light golden color with a yellowish tint.
