
Yogurt pastry
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can bake not only sweets—using plain yogurt, you can make a delicious pie with meat, vegetables, or a cabbage casserole pie. You can use either fresh yogurt or slightly sour one. The dough can be yeast-based or fasting (without eggs or dairy). Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Add the chicken eggs to a bowl, mix them, then pour in the yogurt and the previously melted and cooled butter.

2. Rinse the lemon with boiling water, then grate the zest and add it to the bowl, and squeeze the juice of one lemon.

3. Measure one cup of yogurt and one cup of granulated sugar into a bowl with the remaining ingredients, add the sifted flour and baking soda, and mix.

4. Prepare the baking dish: grease it with oil if necessary. Place the dough in it and smooth it out.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 degrees for about half an hour. Decorate the finished pie with powdered sugar.
