Baking bread in a multicooker
Description
For a multicooker, just like for baking in the oven, the dough needs to be kneaded and left to rest manually (unlike with a bread maker). You can make rye bread or bread using different types of flour. My bread didn't develop a browned crust, so I immediately transferred it to the oven after baking to achieve a golden, visually appealing color. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Pour water into a bowl, add salt and yeast, and stir. Add flour and mix the dough with a spatula.

Step 2

2. Cover the dough with a towel and let it sit for about 2 hours at room temperature.

Step 3

3. The dough is enough for two small loaves (500 grams each). Knead the dough by hand and place it on parchment paper, shaping it into a round form.

Step 4

4. Place the bread in the pot and bake using the "Baking/Bread" mode for 1 hour.

Step 5

5. The bread will come out without a crust, but that's not a problem. Put it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes to form a crust. Let it cool and slice into pieces.
