Cured meat for beer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to point out right away that this kind of meat can be prepared using a dehydrator, as in this case, as well as in a smoker, for example, or on a grill. The marinade is a matter of taste. You can add absolutely any spices you like to make a fragrant, flavorful appetizer. Serve with greens and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Wash the beef, pat dry, and remove all membranes and excess fat.
- 2
Step 2

2. With a sharp knife, cut the meat into thin strips along the grain (you can also cut across the grain, but then the cooked meat may fall apart slightly).

Step 3

3. In a small bowl, prepare the marinade—combine garlic passed through a press, salt, sugar, and pepper, honey, soy sauce, and aromatic spices. Pour the marinade over the meat, mix gently, and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 4

4. Arrange the beef pieces on the dehydrator trays. Set the required temperature and dry the meat until done, according to the instructions (the time will depend on your dehydrator model).
